Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for all products.

Delivery Terms
The estimated delivery date is indicated on each product page.
Delivery times depend on handling time and transport time for each product.
Handling and transport days refer to business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Same-day dispatch refers to orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT. Orders placed after this time will depart the next business day.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on the logistics company and local conditions.

We will verify the situation with the logistics partner promptly. You will be notified of the shipment departure via email, and most couriers also send an SMS with your tracking number.

Order & Shipping Notifications

  • Order Confirmation: After a successful purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
  • Departure Confirmation: When your order is ready to ship, we’ll email you the tracking number and the courier name.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking details; the courier may also notify you by text message or phone before delivery.

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact info@thecorpsstore.com immediately after purchase and request cancellation.
You have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once a package has shipped, the order cannot be canceled (see our Return & Refund Policy for next steps).


Inspection Window
Customers have 5 days from delivery to verify the integrity of all items and accessories. After 5 days, the shipment is considered accepted, and claims for shipping-related damages or missing items may not be accepted.

Domestic (USA): USPS, UPS, or FedEx
International: BorderGuru or DHL
Couriers may vary by destination and service availability.


Tracking Numbers
Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If you don’t receive a tracking email, please contact info@thecorpsstore.com

Note: Weekends, holidays, and severe weather are not factored into delivery time and may cause delays. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours.


Signature Required
For security, The Corps Store may require a signature upon delivery and/or add shipping insurance on domestic orders.


Non-Delivery Scenarios

1) Non-Delivery Due to Erroneous Address

1.1 Address Verification
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Please double-check the recipient name, street, city, postal code, and contact number.

1.2 Responsibility
If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, the buyer is solely responsible for non-delivery.

1.3 Reshipping Fee
If returned to sender, the buyer must pay a reshipping fee to attempt delivery again. We’ll inform you of the fee; payment is required before reshipment.

1.4 Refund Deduction
If you choose not to reship or are unable to provide a correct address within a reasonable timeframe, we may process a refund minus:

  • the original shipping costs incurred by The Corps Store (if any), and
  • any additional return/reshipping charges billed by the carrier.

2) Non-Delivery Due to Buyer Absence

2.1 Receiving the Delivery
You are responsible for ensuring you or an authorized recipient is available to receive the package.

2.2 Delivery Attempts
Carriers make reasonable delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, they typically leave a notice or attempt to contact you.

2.3 Rescheduling
You may reschedule with the carrier directly (subject to their terms).

2.4 Reshipping Fee
If the package is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee applies for a subsequent delivery.

2.5 Refund Deduction
If you decline reshipment, refunds may be issued minus the original shipping costs incurred by The Corps Store (if any) and any additional carrier fees.
